HOW ARE YOUR EMPLOYEES AND CAREGIVERS PREPARED FOR THEIR JOBS?
We provide detailed, competency-based training for all employees including First Aid & CPR for personal care aides, Many of our employees also come to us with experience, which allows us to focus on their further development as caregivers/housekeepers. In addition, all new employees are closely supervised, to make sure the individuals served are satisfied with their services.
ARE YOUR PROSPECTIVE EMPLOYEES AND CAREGIVERS SCREENED?
Yes. Not only are prospective employees screened, but we complete detailed background reviews, including fingerprint checks. If the prospective employee does not meet our rigorous standards, they are not hired.
DOES SOREO SELECT PROVIDE SERVICE TO NON-ENGLISH-SPEAKING HOMES?
Yes. A significant number of our clients are primarily Spanish-speaking, as well as Russian-speaking. We have interpreters for several other languages and we seek out individual caregivers who not only speak a non-English language, but are sensitive to various cultural differences.
WHERE DOES SOREO SELECT PROVIDE ITS SERVICES?
We currently has three service offices in Tucson, Casa Grande, and Mesa. We provide services in Tucson, Casa Grande, Phoenix and all the surrounding communities.
HOW MUCH DO SOREO SELECT SERVICES COST?
Please call us to discuss pricing. We have tried to keep the fee schedule as simple as possible. If a unique situation arises, we will discuss the fees with you on an individual basis.
WHEN ARE SERVICES AVAILABLE?
All Soreo Select services are available 24 hours per day, seven days per week, 365 days per year. When you have completed our initial assessment, reached a service agreement and selected your caregiver, we can typically begin new services in two to three days.
WHO SUPERVISES THE SERVICES WE RECEIVE?
Each Soreo Select employee is supervised by a Service Coordinator. Service Coordinators are experienced professionals who provide initial family assessments, help create written, detailed, individualized care plans, assist in scheduling employees and provide supervision of all employees. They also regularly contact families to monitor service quality and make adjustments at the request of a family.
WHAT IS A CARE PLAN?
A care plan is the customized plan for an individual’s care or for housekeeping services. It includes individual needs, personal preferences, scheduling choices and all other information needed to provide safe, reliable in-home services. A care plan may also include coordination with other community resources if those resources are desired and requested by the person receiving services.
