1. One of our Service Coordinators will meet with you for a FREE consultation to discuss your needs and introduce you to our company.

2. Your Service Coordinator will identify potential aides that match your needs according to location, language, cultural needs, gender,

the domestic or personal care needed, work schedule requirements and other job related preferences.

3. Once you have selected your professional aide, our Service Coordinator will create a detailed, written Care Plan for your aide to follow to serve your needs.

4. Our Service Coordinator and your professional aide will work together to deliver the best service, tailored to fit your needs.
